General
- Basic advice regarding the relationship of nutrition to exercise and fitness, and achieving an appropriate balance for
fitness and weight management.
- Basic advice regarding hydration and fluid management during exercice, including endurance events.
- Basic heart rate monitor training for both walking and cycling for performance, fitness, and weight management.
Walking
- Walking programs from beginning fitness walks to distances up to 20 miles.
Bike Riding
Please NOTE: Wearing a bike helmet is mandatory for all bike riding
activities with me.......... No Helmet = No Bike Ride
- Basic bike riding skills for safety, etiquette, and bike handling.
- Basic bike maintenance and emergency repairs for repair of flat tires, reinstallation of chain, etc.
- Bike riding skills improvement from basic to more advanced skill levels, increased performance, and endurance.
- Riding distances from beginning to distances up to 100 miles per day.
