All activities will be conducted at Creve Coeur Park and the surrounding area.

General

  • Basic advice regarding the relationship of nutrition to exercise and fitness, and achieving an appropriate balance for fitness and weight management.

  • Basic advice regarding hydration and fluid management during exercice, including endurance events.

  • Basic heart rate monitor training for both walking and cycling for performance, fitness, and weight management.

Walking

  • Walking programs from beginning fitness walks to distances up to 20 miles.

Bike Riding

Please NOTE:     Wearing a bike helmet is mandatory for all bike riding activities with me..........  No Helmet = No Bike Ride

  • Basic bike riding skills for safety, etiquette, and bike handling.

  • Basic bike maintenance and emergency repairs for repair of flat tires, reinstallation of chain, etc.

  • Bike riding skills improvement from basic to more advanced skill levels, increased performance, and endurance.

  • Riding distances from beginning to distances up to 100 miles per day.
