I'm retired and have an avid interest in health and fitness activities. I enjoy spending
time outdoors walking and cycling, and I'm offering to share my enthusiasm and knowledge related to health
and fitness activities, if it will help you develop improved health and fitness habits. - Everything
I offer is absolutely free of charge.
- You will not be asked to pay for these services.
- I'm not employed by anyone, and I do not receive any compensation from anyone or any business identified within
this website.
- There are no guarantees for the sevices provided herein and you participate with the understanding
I neither accept or assume any liability for anything that you do during your exercise activities.
- This
service is limited to adult participants.
- All sessions will be designed to meet the needs of
the specific individual participant.
- Most sessions will be 1 - 2 hours duration, depending upon the activities planned.
- Participants should bring at least one filled water bottle to use during every session to help assure adequate hydration.
- Longer duration sessions may be scheduled for extended activities such as longer walks or bike rides, depending upon
the interest and schedule of the individual participant.
